With an award winning background in Broadcast Journalism, Documentary filmmaking, Non-profit Management, and Social Entrepreneurship Laura and her aura is a power to be reckoned with as her ability to connect with people and capture their story is like no other. She is determined that ‘brave authentic stories will change the world’. Equal parts energy, honesty, and freckles, Laura starts her day before the sun meditating, and finishes an action-packed, meeting-filled day spending time with her favorite guys Todd, Drew and Connor.

David Sawyer

To truly understand culture it helps to have traveled the world experiencing it first hand. No one has done that more than David, who has traveled the globe working with everyone from the Dalai Lama to help design a Tibetan refugee education program, to President Clinton to help launch the nation’ Americorps program. As the man behind our infamous and vital Miracle Monday meeting, David has brought structure, personality and functionality to our ever-growing team. With bounds of energy, brilliant insight, and top-in-its-class leadership skills we are grateful to have him on our team.

With a smile that could soften stone, Tara is the sunshine that lights up the COOP on the gloomiest gray day in Portland. She is the one coordinating with each of our clients to ensure every step of their audiocast launch is perfect. When she is not spreading her infectious happiness to our clients, she uses her fabulous sense of style and interior design experience to make our COOP look its best. Warm, friendly, considerate, and classic, Tara will always greet you with a big hug, making you feel at home instantly.

Jonah Geil-Neufeld

aka “the Music Man’

As the tallest man on the team, Jonah is someone we all look up to. In addition to recruiting his friends to work at Pagatim, Jonah oversees the shows and audio pieces that are produced at PAGATIM each week, while serving as a producer and audio engineer. When he is not managing the studio or spearheading CommunityRadio.fm, he is on the other side of the mic, hosting a music podcast called Indie Music PDX. Interesting fact about Jonah – he’s been a part of over 16 studio albums and has worked for a number of recording studios in Chicago and Portland and in his free time he writes songs and performs under the name Jonah Luke.

Todd Mansfield, Co-Founder,

Don’t let his good looks fool you, this guy is much more than his pretty face – there is also his voice.

Todd, the co-founder of Pagatim, has unabashedly let his coveted title of “Best Looking Bald Head in Sports Television” go to, well… his head. But in all seriousness, with over 20 years in sports broadcasting, and several awards from the Associated Press under his belt, this guy is a master of audio and compelling storytelling. His wit is sharp, his honesty is blunt, and his jokes are hilarious, and his fashion sense is not to be messed with. You can get an earful of his talent weekly as he co-hosts on Parenting Unplugged and Dads Unplugged.

Kelly McNiece

aka “the Foodie’

Director of IT

If you ever need a recommendation for a great place to eat, in Portland or the world, Kelly is your guy. In addition to his amazing 6th sense for great food, Kelly also has a superhero power to have an answer to any IT question you may have. When he is not fighting with his arch nemesis – his cat, Kelly is swooping in the Pagatim COOP, using his 15 years of experience to solve any of our IT concerns, despite the fact that we had to reign in his monitor obsession, keeping him at 3 instead of his desired 6. When he isn’t being a parent, a child, or a husband, he is managing the technology of small businesses and preparing for the technological future of the Pagatim network.

Kathleen Sego

Chief Financial Officer

When it comes to finance, Kathy is superwomen. With over 30 years of investment banking, treasury, corporate finance, and CFO experience, Kathy is infamous for her amazing ability to problem solve. Beyond mastering the way of the almighty dollar, Kathy has an arsenal of skills including marketing, technical, transactions and team management. Within her career, Kathy has raised over $1 billion of equity during her tenure – $125 million in change of control transactions, $10 million of angel funding, and $900 million in domestic and international structured financings. When she is not at Pagatim, keeping our budgets inline, Kathy is the owner of Sego’s Herb Farm, an organic medicinal herb farm in La Center, Washington, which grows ginseng, goldenseal, Echinacea, and ginkgo.

Sarah A. Mollner

All Powerful Producer

There are Duck fans, and then there’s Sarah. Her obsession for her alma mater team is unparalled only by her obsession for the delicious caffeinated black liquid – coffee. You can find her behind a big mug of coffee in the studio doing what she loves most, editing audio. In addition to mastering all aspects of sound in the studio for our audiocasts, Sarah is the master at juggling a variety of jobs as she has worked in the service industry and as producer for Mark & Dave on KEX.
